Trinity Free Clinic offers high-quality medical care with compassion and respect in an honest, judgment-free environment. Our services are free to uninsured or underinsured Hamilton County residents with no co-pays or hidden costs.
Trinity Quick Care Clinic
Trinity’s Quick Care Clinic Monday-Saturday walk-in services designed to prevent minor illness and injury from becoming a major illness and expense for our patients. We do our best to see patients quickly (typically the same day) to care for their needs and help them return to work and school safely and swiftly. We offer care for minor, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries and provide labs and medications on site. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to an emergency room.

Diagnosis and treatment for seasonal asthma/allergies; prescription assistance for patients ages 12 and older

Well-child visits, care for minor illness/injury, physicals, and all pediatric immunizations from birth through age 18
Vision Care
Routine eye exams for visual acuity and adult screening for glaucoma and cataracts; fittings for child and adult prescription eyeglasses
Dietary Nutrition
Childhood/adult obesity, low-sodium, and pre-diabetic counseling when referred by a Trinity medical provider
Physical Therapy
Evaluation and treatment of simple musculoskeletal pain, including education, exercise plans, and fittings for braces, canes, and walkers
Women’s Health
Routine women’s health exams, clinical breast exams, screening mammograms, pap testing, and pregnancy testing
Hypertension
Diagnosis and treatment for high blood pressure/well-controlled hypertension and referrals to a registered dietician
Podiatry
Trinity provides exams and treatment for many types of foot pain, infection, and care of diabetic feet
Pre-/Type II Diabetes
Diagnosis and disease management through lifestyle changes, medications, A1C monitoring and support

In order to protect the interests of our patients, providers, and clinic, our staff cannot permit intake or treatment outside our scope of services.
Eligibility
Services at Trinity Free Clinic are available to low-income, uninsured, or underinsured individuals and families living in Hamilton County. We provide free healthcare for individuals earning up to 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines who do not have health insurance or cannot afford their deductibles. To qualify for services, you must complete a registration form and provide one item from each of the three columns below to verify eligibility for services:

Most recent bank statement showing payroll direct deposits

Letter from school stating student receives free/reduced lunch.
Driver’s license, lease, mortgage, or utility bill delivered by U.S. Postal Service with patient's name and address
DHS/Immigration document showing a permanent U.S. address in Hamilton County
Letter from child’s school verifying enrollment and listing parents’ names, home address, and names and birthdates of siblings
