Soft skills make the difference:
In order to succeed in the workplace, students must be prepared to work and get along well with all the people with whom they interact, including managers, co-workers, patients, and vendors. These are the types of skills all employers value. We are dedicated to developing not just great clinicians, but great co-workers, staff members, and patient service pros who are prepared to succeed in the workplace and in life. While large hospitals have HR departments and formal professional development programs, most small practices do not have the time or resources to offer onsite professional development. Our curriculum includes content on critical conversations, communications, customer service, and financial literacy.
