Joyce Wood received her diploma in nursing from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from Indiana University, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ms. Wood is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Organizational Improvement at Riverview Health. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing both strategic and operational initiatives that impact nursing practice to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. She also provides leadership on risk management and regulatory compliance.
