Trinity Free Clinic Receives Franciscan Health Grant for the Pediatric Clinic

Franciscan Health is a trusted leader in providing faith-based, integrated healthcare and brings together the latest technology, innovative procedures and the brightest, most compassionate people to serve patients in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. Their healthcare system carries forth Christ’s healing ministry and strengthens the Catholic health care mission by providing a broad, coordinated continuum of health care services with an emphasis on improving the health of persons and communities. They also are dedicated to being advocates for those in need.

Their values are shown not only through how they practice medicine, but how they choose to give back to their community. Franciscan Health has supported the Trinity Free Clinic through grants since 2015. This year, Franciscan Health awarded the Trinity Free Clinic with a $4,000 grant to go towards the pediatrics clinic. Last year Trinity had 753 pediatric patient visits and gave 598 immunizations.

The Trinity Free Clinic is very thankful for the charitable contribution given by Franciscan Health. The Trinity Free Clinic strives to be proactive with their patient’s health and to keep Hamilton County a healthy place to work and live. Without support from organizations, like Franciscan Health, the clinic would not be able to keep providing its services to the low-income, uninsured, or underinsured workers and their families in Hamilton County.
